We are two female professionals looking for a third flatmate to join us in our bright and beautiful flat.

The bedroom will be available from 13 April. It is bright and cosy room with a big window facing a quiet courtyard. The bedroom comes with a big wardrobe and a double bed. You would share the master bathroom with one of the other girls - this has a powerful shower and a mirrored wall.

The three-bedroom flat has an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, there is also a balcony leading off this with glass double doors facing onto the courtyard and a table and chairs to eat outside when it's warmer.

The flat is in a big complex with many additional and useful perks:

Concierge - ASOS deliveries have never been so easy! We also have 24-hour security and CCTV so we always feel really safe here.

Shared parking space - neither of us have cars but we use this for visitors. Concierge can also give additional visitor parking. There is also secure bike storage.

Gym - it's not Virgin but it has all the basic stuff you need.

Transport/Amenities - we are a 2-minute walk from Holloway Road Station and around 10 minutes from Highbury & Islington. This means only 10 minutes from the amazing Upper Street - cue all the bars and restaurants you would ever need on one road and 10 minutes from Highbury Fields.

Shop wise, we have a Tesco Express on our road and Morrisons and Waitrose are only 5-10 minutes away - alongside grocery stores and pharmacies. There's also lots of restaurants and cafés nearby.

About us – Sophie and Eva work in London. Sophie works in PR and typically works in the office mid-week and from home a couple of days per week. Eva works in investment banking and works from the office most days. We like to chill after work during the week due to busy jobs and tend to be out and about over the weekends - seeing friends, working out, drinking wine...the usual. This is a friendly flat, so we enjoy nights in watching Netflix but we are also independent and have our own lives. Sophie has been living in this flat for eight years and Eva since February this year, we both love it here.

About you – We are looking for someone friendly and sociable to join the home. You need to be clean, tidy and respectful of the house and your housemates. We have a beautiful home and although we wish we could still party like students, we prefer to go out and keep our own house nice.
