We are 4 professional tenants in our early 20s/30s (an investment analyst, an engineer, a PA and a financial analyst). We love our place and have made it our home. We are looking for a clean/tidy and non-smoking professional to share this lovely house ASAP

The rent is £210pw ex bills (or £910 per calendar month ex bills). Deposit is £945.86 (= 1 month rent £910 + 1 month council tax £35.86);

The house is a 3-storey Victorian house with a lot of period features in a tree-lined street just off Holloway Road. It has 5 double bedrooms on the 1st, 2nd and attic floor; a common area is located on the ground floor of the house and comprises a lounge, dinning area and a fitted kitchen on the ground floor with a door open to a pretty garden with a built-in BBQ, a modern 3-piece bathroom, a modern separate shower room (on the landing), a separate cloakroom/toilet and some storage space.

The house has wooden floor throughout and the stairs are carpeted with high quality sisal.
