We are Rose & Stef, both professionals who are looking for someone to move in to our bright and sunny home (female preferred please).
Like everyone in London, we are usually both fairly busy but a natter in the kitchen or in the lounge is always welcome.
As a flat it's pretty chilled, clean & tidy (but not obsessively so) and we are looking for someone similar after our other flatmate moved abroad.
Rose is an amazing pastry chef, loves to cook & share her delicious creations and Stef loves relaxing watching some TV, meditating and reading.

There are three bedrooms, which are upstairs, whilst downstairs there is a good sized living room, kitchen with washer & dryer and a large bathroom (with shower).

The bedroom that is available isn't the largest in the world, but it is still a decent size and has a double ottoman bed (so lots of storage), double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookshelves.

The flat is a 10 minutes walk to Finsbury Park and Holloway Road stations, there are also lots of buses connecting you to North and Central London, Camden, Angel, Kings Cross etc inc night buses.

There are plenty of independent shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes as well as supermarkets such as Waitrose, Morrisons, Boots, Iceland etc all within a few minutes walk.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need to move straight in.
