Lovely ensuite double room in Holloway

Hi everyone! My name is Nina and me and my flatmates Devi and Maria are looking for a fourth person to join us in our beautiful house in Holloway. We are all currently finishing our masters, and we will be looking for jobs from September onwards. The house is located in Holloway, several minutes walk away from Piccadilly line and Victoria line (Holloway Road and Finsbury Park stations), it's on a peaceful, residential street with a great, friendly pub just opposite the road. It's a few minutes walk away from Morrison's, Pure Gym, Odeon (which we hope to be able to use again soon!). It's around a 30min bus ride or 30min cycle to Bloomsbury/Soho. The house is very big and modern, it has a huge living room with a big TV, a newly-refurbished kitchen with an oven, electric stove, two fridges and two freezers. The fourth room is a great double-bed en-suite (private bathroom with a shower) and a terrace overlooking our neighbour's garden. There's also a lovely rooftop that has an amazing view onto the neighbourhood. The room is available from 1st of August 2020, and the contract will be on a monthly-rolling basis. The rent is 930 pounds a month.
We are a friendly and easy-going flat and hope to find someone who will enjoy living here!
