Sunny double room in sociable flat

Great sized double bedroom available in our 3 bedroom flat in Holloway, suitable for couples or singles. The room is available for 2 months from the 20th July (dates are flexible and shorter lets considered).

The flat
You’ll be living with 2 awesome Kiwi girls, Suz and Tess who are super sociable but also respect the need for space and downtime. Tess is an Optometrist and Suz an Accountant, the girls love a good wine, gig or board game and have been great to live with. The flat is on the ground floor, has been renovated with modern fittings and gets lots of sunlight, especially in the afternoons. There is an open-plan kitchen which runs into the loungeroom with plenty of seating. There is a balcony accessed via the kitchen which looks out onto a communal grass area. The flat is fully furnished and has everything you need, including all pots, pans etc. so there’s no need to purchase anything and a new washing machine has also just been fitted.

The room
The room is a large double sized room with a king bed, large drawers, hanging storage cupboard, bedside table and standing mirror. The room gets plenty of light, and faces east so it cools down by the evening which is ideal for summer. The windows are double glazed which keeps the heat in in Winter and blocks out any noise, along with full wooden shutters that block out all light.

The location
The flat is a 12-minute walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria line and National rail), as well as a 12-minute walk to Holloway Road station (Piccadilly line) making it incredibly easy to get around. Finsbury Park is a 15-minute walk which is great for picnics in summer, Clissold Park and Hampstead Heath are also not too far away. There are plenty of large supermarkets (Waitrose, Morrisons and Iceland) within a 5-minute walk, and Tesco express, Poundland etc. within a 2-minute walk. There are plenty of great pubs, restaurants and cafes in the area.

Admin
The room is £880 per month for a couple (all bills included) or £780 for a single (all bills included). We have a good relationship with the landlord and she is quick and responsive to any queries we have.

We have loved living in this flat with the girls for the past year but have decided to move to South London to be closer to friends.
