I'm looking to let a room in this great two-bedroom flat in Holloway on either a short- or long-term basis.

The flat is split across the 2nd and 3rd floors of a terraced house in a pleasant, residential street off Holloway Road. It’s close to the main roads (and all the shops you could need) but the location itself is quite peaceful.

On the top floor is a wonderful open plan kitchen-lounge. It’s spacious and light, and leads onto a south-facing terrace which I'm slowly trying to fill with greenery.

The room available is a medium-sized double and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed-side table and chairs. It has an adjoining private terrace (in addition to the shared one) looking north over the garden and the backs of neighbouring properties.

The rent is £780 per month - bills included.

About me: I work as a housing campaigner, mostly from home at the moment. I love music, film and literature and play in a band, though this has been difficult during lockdown!

I care about my environment and try to make this flat a clean, well looked-after and aesthetically pleasing place to live in.

This flat share would suit someone who's not working from home all the time.
