We are looking for 2 clean/tidy and non-smoking professionals (or mature students) to share this lovely house from 1st October (earlier moving date can be arranged).

- a large furnished double on the 1st floor of the house with 2 large windows facing a quiet, tree-lined road - Roden Street, furnished with a double bed, 2x large wardrobes and a desk/chair. The rent is £210pw ex bills (or £910 per calendar month ex bills). Deposit is £945.86 (= 1 month rent £910 + 1 month council tax £35.86);

- a large double room on the 2nd floor of the property with 2 windows facing a quiet tree-lined street, a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk/chair and 2 drawers. The rent is £210pw ex bills (or £910 per calendar month ex bills). Deposit is £945.86 (= 1 month rent £910 + 1 month council tax £35.86);

The house is a 3-storey Victorian house with a lot of period features in a tree-lined street just off Holloway Road. It has 5 double bedrooms on the 1st, 2nd and attic floor; a common area is located on the ground floor of the house and comprises a lounge, dinning area and a fitted kitchen on the ground floor with a door open to a pretty garden with a built-in BBQ, a modern 3-piece bathroom, a modern separate shower room (on the landing), a separate cloakroom/toilet and some storage space.

The house has wooden floor throughout and the stairs are carpeted with high quality sisal.
