Rent & bills

The total cost per month for the room is £730 (£625 for rent and £105 for bills). The deposit is £625. There are no move-in fees.

* Bright room on the third floor, which gets lots of daylight
* Outdoor terrace that gets direct sunlight
* Space for a desk
* It comes furnished with a bed/mattress, table/chairs on the terrace, and wardrobe/drawers outside the room

The house

* It’s in a quiet, private square off Holloway Road
* It has four floors, with each of the three bedrooms on a separate floor
* The kitchen has an adjoining lounge and a small balcony
* Storage space under the stairs
* Any issues get sorted quickly and efficiently by the landlord’s team
* The square has a bicycle-storage facility

The area

* Morrisons, Co-Op, Lidl, Iceland, Sainsbury's Local and Waitrose are a short walk away
* There are several parks within walking distance — Whittington Park (10 mins), Tufnell Park (13 mins), Finsbury Park (20 mins), Highbury Fields (25 mins), Hampstead Heath (35 minutes)
* There's an Odeon Luxe over the road, as well as some nice cafés, pubs and restaurants close by
* Pure Gym and Better Gym are also within walking distance
* There’s a GP surgery and hospital just up the road

Transport links

* Upper Holloway overground, and Holloway Road & Archway tube stations are close by
* There's a bus stop outside the gate and several others nearby, serving buses that head all over the city

About us

* Trystan works in marketing and enjoys photography, festivals, cycling around the city and going for pub drinks/food with mates
* Gloria works at a university and enjoys cooking (for flatmates too!), travelling and watching documentaries on Netflix
* We’re both friendly and respectful, and we treat the house as a home; keeping it tidy and clean. We usually spend at least part of our evenings chatting over dinner and the occasional glass of wine, but equally there are times when we do our own thing. The house would suit someone similar who is looking to stay long term.
