Hi everyone, my name is Karla and I am currently looking for new flatmates to join me in this lovely cosy flat.

The flat has two bedrooms, a small one currently occupied by myself and a large one with a big double bed, a huge closet and a desk. The room is very luminous and has amazing views, the best sunset in London!

The room is perfect for both a couple or just one person.

The flat has one full bathroom, a living room and kitchen open space and the washing machine room. In addition, there is plenty of extra storage for everyone to use in the flat.

The flat is 2 min away from Holloway Road Station (Picadilly Line), 10 min walk from Drayton Park (National Rail) and 15 min walk from Highbury and Islington Station (Victoria Line, Overground and National Rail). There is also plenty of buses.

There is a Waitrose, Morrisons and Lidl less than 10 min walk and lots of local shops. There are also many restaurants nearby with amazing food from all around the world.

BIlls are around £230-250 a month to divide in between the flat occupants. The bills include gas, water, electricity, broadband, council tax and TV license.
