The house is 10/15 min walk to holloway road and Tufnell Park tube stations. The house is on two floors, it has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower, the other one with toilet and sink only), separate kitchen and living room, a garden, dishwasher and washing machine. The rent is £650 all bills included, but the council tax (that you pay if you are not a student, the council tax is around £60 per month). The deposit is £750.
In the flat there is one male (French/Brazilian PhD student at LSE, 29 years old) and two females (a German film student and a British PhD student, 25 years old).
Professionals or postgrads preferred.
There is the option to switch between rooms 1 and 2 with one of the other new tenants.
