En-suite Double short walk from Finsbury Park

Looking for a friendly professional to take an awesome room down the road from Finsbury Park station. Ideally after someone who is sociable and tidy.

The house about 5-10 mins from Finsbury Park station, off Seven Sisters Road, but the road is really quiet with street parking available. The house is 4 stories, the flat is the top two floors. It has a kitchen/dining room with a washing machine, with a sofa area.

The room is a good sized double, with enough space to have a little office area if you WFH. Part furnished, with bed and mattress and wardrobe. It is on a separate floor from my room, so we won't be on top of each other. You will also have your own en-suite bathroom!

The tenancy is up for renewal for another 12 months this month. Move in 28th August, can be little flexible. Need to secure someone asap.

Rent is £950, bills are usually £110 (gas, electric, water, council band D and 350mb internet). Deposit is £1010.

I work for a national museum and usually WFH 2 days a week and my partner works in civil service with the same schedule. We enjoy being social but the house is our haven for some peace and quiet, so not the place for parties. We try to be neat and clean around the house, and make the house homely. House plant enthusiasts are very welcome.
