We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our warm, friendly home in Holloway.
The room 🛌
The room comes fully furnished- everything you see in the photos except for the soft furnishings, TV & curtains will be yours. It’s a beautiful, super spacious room on the top floor of the house with a patio door to a Juliette balcony, and a skylight in the roof. The room has a built in wardrobe along with an extra wardrobe, a storage bed, and has a private en-suite with a shower.
The house 🏡
We live in a 3 story terraced house with 2 bathrooms (not including your en-suite). We have a modern kitchen with lots of space, and an open plan living room with a huge comfy sofa. We also have a spare room we use for storage and drying clothes, and an under stairs cupboard for storage. We have a really nice sized garden that needs a bit of tlc, but it’s great in summer. We have a washing machine & dishwasher.
Our landlords are a sweet couple who are really responsive and quick to help with any issues. Our neighbours are lovely & friendly and always grab a parcel for us if needed.
About us 😊
We’re 3 friendly professionals in our mid 20s-early 30s (2 guys & 1 woman); we like to have a glass of wine together and catch up in the kitchen, but appreciate needing our own time & space too. We’re an LGBT+ household and welcome all professionals in our age range to enquire about the room. Tom is a bespoke tailor on Saville Row, Ali is a Human Rights Lawyer, and I (Molly) work for a Missing People Charity. Tom & Ali work out of the house most of the time, and I mostly work from home.

We’re in an incredible location just a few minutes walk away from a Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Waitrose, Argos, Morrisons, Iceland, Boots, Costa, independent coffee shops, McDonald’s, lots of restaurants & food spots, charity shops etc.
4 minute walk to Holloway Road tube station
15 minute walk to Highbury & Islington tube station & overground
Really quick buses from the end of our street to Camden, Angel, King’s Cross, Euston, Archway & Finsbury Park.
