Spacious double room in Holloway - quiet flat

We are looking for someone to join us in our lovely modern 3 bed 2 bathrooms flat in Holloway.
The room available is spacious, cosy and bright and comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. 5 minute walk from Holloway road station, 10 min walk from Drayton Park station, and close to loads of restaurants, big supermarkets (Waitrose and Morrisons), pubs, etc.

The flat has 2 other double rooms (1 which is en-suite). You would share the bathroom with 1 flatmate.
The living area is a big open plan with kitchen which has a washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, plus plenty of cupboard space and a separate pantry. We also have 2 very comfy sofas and a nice dinner table to enjoy a random take away now and then when our schedule allow.
The 2 remaining flatmates are international, female professionals in their mid 20s.

We’d like our new flatmate to be someone friendly, clean and considerate.
The flat is our calm space so we tend to socialise outside.

The total for the room is £928 per month. On average the bills are around £150.

Note that the room is available from the 27th of May.
