The flat: Top floor. The flat is brand new incl. all appliances and furniture etc. We have en suite bathrooms. Hot water on demand. It has a balcony thats sunny all evening. It's above a Tesco and a nice coffee shop. Near to the high street and short walk to Finsbury Park. It's new so we're trying to gradually personalise the flat.
We're two Irish friends who met in school and then went to college and postgrad together. Ben works in cosmetics and I work in IT. We've our own friends and lives and hobbies but like hanging out and going for pastries and stuff.
We want someone who takes pride in their surroundings so being very clean is an absolute must. Ideally you'd go to the office a couple times a week and have your own mates but also be up for hanging occasionally if we're all working from home on a particular day or something. Sky's the limit really.
No couples please. Also I don't think we're allowed pets, I volunteer with animals so would love one :(
