We have a small double room available in three-bedroom female flat in Holloway/West Highbury. Available 2nd May for someone looking for a 12month contract.

The flat is just a 4 minute walk to Holloway Road tube station, and a 13 minute walk to Highbury and Islington station if you require the overground.

It’s surrounded by lots of amenities, Highbury Fields and Upper Street are an 11 minute walk away. There are also a number of supermarkets, cafe’s, restaurants, pharmacies etc on Holloway Road which is a 3 minute walk.

The flat itself is spread over the top two floors of a Victorian conversion. There is a kitchen, living room, large balcony and shared bathroom with a bath and shower. The bedroom itself will be getting a fresh coat of paint before someone moves in.

The room is on the third floor, and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Please note that there is no space for a desk in the room and therefore does not accommodate WFH.

You will be living with two Australian females between 26 and 32 years old. We work in finance and events and WFH 2 - 3 days a week.

We are looking for a young female professional in their mid 20’s - 30’s. Someone who is clean, tidy, friendly and respectful. We enjoy spending time together having a wine and watching Netflix, but also respect each others space. This is not a party house.

Bills excluding gas come to £86pm. The bond amount for this apartment is 5 weeks of rent for the whole flat split amongst 3 tenants. The bonds amount for the new person moving in is £1076. We rotate the cleaning amongst ourselves.

We rent directly to the Landlord who is very responsive to any issues that arise. The two neighbours on the lower floors are very friendly and quiet.
