Double room in Holloway house!

Double Room for £902.67 in Zone 2 from 10th of March (possible to move in from 1st of March!)
Hi everyone! I'm Katy (she/her), as the title suggests I'm looking for someone to take over my room.
- NOTE: It is roughly opposite Nags Head by Holloway Road in North London. This room can be for couples or single occupancy.
- Bills: are not included and come to around £45 a month for wifi, gas, electric and water assuming there's 4 people living here.
- Contract: Tenancy is a 6 month contract which will be renewed on 10/08/25 and has breakout clauses available.
- Deposit is 5 weeks rent so around £1128.34.
- Accessibility: this house has a small step coming into the hallway which leads to the front of our main living areas (sitting/dining room and kitchen). 1 step between the sitting room and kitchen and 2 in the garden (but there is a little area you don't have to climb to!). There is a buzzer for the flat and the door uses keys.
Unfortunately the landlord does not accept benefits.
- Location: The house is easy to get to with a 17 minute walk from Finsbury Park Station, Holloway Road Station and Archway Station (Thats Victoria, Piccidilly, Northern lines and Thames Link).
- Area: It's off the main road with loads of charity shops, supermarkets (Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose all super close by), restaurants and cafes as well as an Odeon and Nags Head Market close by.
- Pets: are not allowed I'm afraid! But there is a neighbours cat who wonders in and is super social.
- Other: The whole house is semi furnished with a garden which I'm hoping to add some plants to but we've mainly used it for smoking, BBQs and chilling in the sun.
You will be joining the absolutely wonderful Marni (they/them) (26 yo) who is a film graduate working currently as a chef!
