Our current flatmate is moving out, so a double bedroom with a private bathroom in our lovely flat is up for grabs!

✨ The flat
This is the perfect home: split-level, with 3 large bedrooms, an additional study, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a large roof terrace, and a separate kitchen.

Your room and private bathroom are on the top floor. We rent the place unfurnished, but our current flatmate can leave a bed and a chest of drawers, and may also be happy to sell some of his furniture.

💸 Rent & availability
Available from 1st April
£1100 per month
Bills approx. £150 per month

The tenancy is available until 19 July 2026. According to the agency, the landlord would be happy to renew the tenancy, subject to confirmation. The landlord owns other properties in the same location.

📍 The location
Right on Holloway Road everything you need is nearby: shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarket (Lidl, Morrison and Waitrose) and Highbury Fields is within easy reach for park days.
Holloway Road station (Piccadilly line) is a 6-minute walk, and Highbury & Islington and Finsbury Park stations are also easily accessible.

👯 Your future flatmates
Two young French professionals:

• Anouk moved in July 2024 and works as a research fellow.
• Jade moved in December and works in licensing for Paddington Bear.

We both work from the office 3–4 days a week and work from home the rest of the time.

💛 The vibe
We’re looking for a friendly and respectful flat share where we can enjoy occasional shared moments — a glass of wine, a movie night, dinners with friends, maybe a barbecue on our great terrasse — while also having our own space and routines.

📅 Viewings
We’re hoping to find someone quickly, as the move-in date is 1st April. We’ll likely start viewings next week.

🙋 Who we’re looking for
Ideally someone aged 25–30. We’d preferably like a female flatmate, but we’re open to everyone if it feels like the right fit 🙂
