Myself and my housemate are moving out of our flat in Holloway Road / Islington at the end of this month and are looking for two people to replace us.
Available are two large double rooms, fully furnished with new beds and mattresses in the past month. There is a large kitchen and even bigger living room. The flat is split over three floors - with two bathrooms (two showers!).
Bills are about £70pp
The area is great- Holloway Road has everything you can ever need within a few minutes’ walk - plenty of amazing restaurants, pubs, gyms, and shops. We’re on top of a Persian rug and incense shop. Both rooms face away from the road too, so there is little noise.
You’ll be living with Will (26) and Jack (29). They’re both great guys who are clean, respectful, and are always keen for a chat in the evening or a fun day out.
Ideal move in date is early April, however we are flexible with this (earlier can work).
