Holloway double room. Sublet/tenancy takeover

Hi I'm Peony and I'm moving out of my flatshare in which will be available to sublet from May 14th. I'm currently a UCL student and am moving out of London for the summer for work My current tenancy is until 20 September however, I won't be moving back so anyone looking for a long term place can sign a new tenancy in September once the sublet ends if they want.

The flat: You will be sharing with 3 flatmates in their twenties. All bills (including WiFi) are included in the monthly rent. The flat itself has 4 bedrooms and 2 toilets and showers. The room has a double bed, bedside table, lamp, chest of draws and built in wardrobe. All of my things will be fully moved out during the sublet. One of my other flatmates is a student in the same situation as me and so is also looking to sublet at the same time so if 2 friends are looking to move together this would be perfect.

The area: The estate is gated and in a residential area just 10 minutes away from Holloway road with plenty of shops, cafes and pubs nearby. Camden Town and Hampstead Heath are also within walking distance or a short bus ride away!

Students are welcome. I'm currently a student at UCL (another flatmate is a post-grad there too) and it's around a half an hour commute to main campus.
