Room one is smaller and doesn’t have space for a desk, so it’s not suitable for working from home.

Room two has space for a desk — with the option to purchase the one shown in the photos from the current tenant — making it ideal for working from home.

The flat is just a 5-minute walk to Holloway Road station (Piccadilly Line) and around a 15-minute walk to Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria Line & Overground).

You’ll be surrounded by plenty of amenities, with Highbury Fields and Upper Street just a short walk away, plus supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies right on Holloway Road.

The flat is set over the top two floors of a Victorian conversion and has been newly renovated. It includes a kitchen, living room, large balcony, and a shared bathroom with both a bath and shower.

You’ll be living with two other girls, though both rooms are currently being filled, so the other new flatmate is still TBC.
