Lovely cozy room, available from 10th October

Hi Everyone!

I'm looking for a female professional to move in from 10th October. Flexible with dates. Due to covid my flatmate has decided to move back home.

The room is a comfortable small double with a skylight window. Furnished with double bed, small wardrobe and large chest of drawers. The room is light and is the sunniest part of the flat. Gets very warm in winter!
For those who are working from home- a desk can be bought and used in the living room. Unfortunately there is not enough room for a desk in the bedroom.

The flat is on the top 2 floors of a Victorian property, with a separate large living room and kitchen.
The flat is located with great transport links to central and walking distance to holloway road station. Supermarkets is also near by.
I'm looking for a mature flatmate who can live long term. Would be lovely to live with someone who is up for the odd meal and drink and someone that is social, genuine, kind and respectful. Ideally would be great to have a flatmate that we can be friends as well. Living with a flatmate during covid 24/7 can have its challenges so i hope the flat share is a safe, clean happy home.
I enjoy exploring London, eating out, however interests have changed since lock down so i enjoy sharing meals with my flatmate, watching the latest box sets and exploring local areas.

The rent is £600. Council tax is included which is £50 a month.
Bills are paid quarterly through British gas - costs varies, depending on season. This can be discussed via zoom or room visit.
1 month deposit and rent in advance please.

Viewings can be arranged virtually via zoom and of course i will try my best to have social distance viewing. Also i would appreciate if masks can be worn as well. telephone introductions is also an option.
