A lovely comfy bed

We have a great double room to offer in our bright and spacious flat, as our housemate Catherine is moving to a new place. The large double room comes fully furnished with bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

It’s a 3 bed flat set over two floors at the top of a large townhouse on a fairly quiet street not far from Holloway road. It is close to a range of cafes, shops and restaurants. It’s about a 15 minute walk from Finsbury Park station (Piccadilly and Victoria Lines) and about 15 minute walk from Archway (Northern Line), and a few lovely parks.

There is an open plan living and dining room with comfy sofa and dining table with chairs, and a lovely kitchen with plenty of storage. The flat is bright and airy, with large windows. You would be sharing a bathroom with only Amina.

Our landlord Sammy is great and responds quickly to issues (though he lives in Singapore so arranges for contractors to do any work).

About us:
Daisy works in fundraising and Amina in comms. We're easy going, sociable and fun.

About you:
We would love you to be a professional working normal hours in London who is happy to share our lovely home. We enjoy a chat and a laugh, are fairly clean and tidy and would like to live with someone similar.

About the contract:
The flat is leased with Foxtons who charge new tenants £300 as an application fee. In the application process they also require an employment reference, proof of the right to live in the UK and a reference from a previous letting agency/landlord. The deposit is £970 and is protected through MyDeposits. The bills are split between us and for electricity/gas, council tax, water and broadband are usually below £80 per person a month.
