1 dbl room in house with huge lounge and kitchen

Hi there, welcome to our home :)
We are 2 young female professionals looking for a third flatmate. We stay 5 mins from Archway station (northern line). The area has some nice pubs and cafe's around (brunch is our sport of choice).
Our home has a huge lounge, 1.5 bathrooms and a lovely kitchen and terrace. All appliances included - microwave, dishwasher, blender etc.
The bedroom fits a double bed, the room itself is on the smaller side but we think the space throughout the rest of the house really makes up for it (note - its no longer painted pink like in the photos, the walls are cream).
We each like our own space but also love getting home after work, having a glass of wine and a meal together.
TV with amazon firestick and netflix incl.
We like getting the house cleaned 2x per month so the communal areas are kept nice and clean.
We are vegetarian, but don't have a problem with any type of diet. :)
