The room :)

Hi there! I am looking for a new tenant for the room I am vacating as I have recently finished my university degree and will be moving out of London. I have included a description of the house/ room below, however if you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing please do not hesitate to send me a message. I am looking to move out soon, therefore the room could be made available as soon as a new tenant is found.

The room is a large double, with a good size desk and plenty of storage. Due to this it is a great room for studying and more recently a retreat from the hot weather as its ground floor location means the room remains cool in the summer.

The shared areas of the house include 14m garden, living room with large sofa and TV, conservatory with sofa, bathroom, additional toilet downstairs and kitchen/dining room with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker etc.

The house it located in a quiet street which is just off Holloway road, meaning the transport links are excellent and there is an abundance of supermarkets/ shops, bars, clubs and restaurants (even a cinema) just a few minutes’ walk away.

Connections into central London are great from this house. It is located within Zone 2, with Holloway road underground station (Piccadilly line) just around the corner and Finsbury park train station (Piccadilly and Victoria lines) just 10 minutes’ walk away. There is also a great selection of bus routes (including night buses to and from Trafalgar square – perfect for nights out). Although motorists are rare in London, there is also easy access to the A1 from Holloway.

This really is a very large room for price, especially given that it’s all bills included and there is a living room and garden, which I’m sure you’ve probably noticed is a rarity. If you would like to arrange a viewing please feel free to drop me a message and I will reply as soon as I can.
