We are looking for a working professional to occupy the second bedroom in our 2-bed, 1-bathroom flat.

This fully furnished garden flat is located on a quiet and attractive street in the sought after Hillmarton Conservation area. The apartment has ample living space comprising two double bedrooms, large separate kitchen, spacious reception room and bathroom. Further benefitting from large windows allowing ample natural light into the property, wooden floors throughout, finished to a high standard throughout.

It is close to Caledonian Road and Holloway Road stations, along with major bus links and moments away from local bars, shops and restaurants. There are several takeaways, cafes, boots, argos, spas, gym, etc on nearby Holloway Road.

Gas and electricity bills are included in the rent. Water, council tax and wifi bills are not included in the rent.

We would ideally like a flatmate we can enjoy the occasional evenings with, have a drink or two and watch movies.
