Room for couples perfect location

Looking for someone to replace our room as we are leaving it due to personal reasons. The room is ideal for 2 people (so the price would be £570 each) but singles are welcome of course.

The flat is really new, cozy, clean and tidy. Consists of 3 bedrooms, big bathroom (bath, shower, toilet) and the kitchen. Unfortunately there’s no living room but the room is massive and has everything you need (own TV, table with chairs, sofa, etc).

Price with all bills included.

Location is amazing as it’s in the heart of Holloway Road (10min by bus to King’s Cross or 2 train stops, Camden at 10 min by bus, central london at a few stops). There’s plenty of buses, piccadilly line at 5min walk, overground, victoria line. Shops are everywhere, everything you need at one step.

Looking for professionals who are tidy, clean and respectful but also friendly and sociable. There’s one couple living in one of the rooms (both English and working in photography & IBM). In the other room there’s a Spanish woman working in retail. The three of them are lovely!

The landlord is just amazing, finding that in London is really complicated!
