Double Room in Holloway w/ Gym & Concierge

I have my double room available in some amazing flats just a 2 minute walk from Holloway Road. The room is a great size and is double glazed so it never gets too cold. The large room for a couple has en ensuite so you only need to share a bathroom with one other person. The kitchen is very very modern and the living room is huge with an incredible view of central Londons skyline. Room comes with wardrobe and small drawers seen in the picture, the two tables are mine, I am looking to sell the glass one for £50 if you would like to keep though.

Honestly I don't think you can get a better flat for the price in zone 2.

The Building is amazing and has it's own 24 hour concierge who sign for all your parcels!! It also has its own gym (there is also a gym just across the road) It also has a shared gardens in the middle.

I am leaving the flat as I am moving in with some good friends, the tenancy renews September 1st and you will have the chance to renew for as long as you like (I have spoken to the landlord and you will be able to whatsapp him with any questions before signing the contract). There is another double room available for the same price is Harry has moved home due to Covid in the property (a tiny bit smaller) incase you want to move with a friend. That leaves Cam & Kate, and Aussie couple who you will move in with who have a big room with an en-suite, they are very chill and the flat is a very peaceful.

Bills come to £60 which is Gas/electric/council tax and internet.

Also if you needed to move in a week or a few days before the 5th I'm sure you could take the couch in the living room for a bit free of charge.
