Massive mezzanine space open to a tidy professional. Hello, my flatmate has moved out of his spacious and open plan mezzanine room located in a top-floor, two bedroom flat in Holloway. I am seeking a replacement who is a reasonably tidy, professional and able to move in soon.

The property includes:

• A large balcony including outdoor furniture
• En-suite private bathroom including shower
• Stocked kitchen with washing machine, oven, steamer, microwave, toastie-maker, large fridge freezer etc.
• Furnished Living-room
• Street Parking can be requested from council
• Huge wardrobes, double bed and shelves

The biggest benefit of this address is the amount of space you'll have – you'll enjoy a top-floor mezzanine level all to yourself, plus we have a spacious shared living room with two sofas and a television that I don't make much use of.

The Area:
• Excellent transport links in walking distance covering the Victoria, Piccadilly, Overground and Northern lines.
• Bus stops are also meters away.
• Big Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose and Aldi supermarkets nearby.
• Opposite Odeon cinema with a number of parks, pubs, restaurants, gyms and stores at your doorstep. There are a lot of hidden gems in Holloway and it's surroundings that will keep anyone busy.
• 17 Minutes walk from Arsenal Stadium - a good distance to see a match but also not get swamped by crowds or noise.
• Close links to Camden, Kings Cross, Hampstead Heath - but basically the whole of London is open to you.

I'm a friendly 34-year old civil servant who enjoys a cup of tea and chat but looking for the flat to be a relaxed space during the week for downtime.

Move-in dates:
My current flatmate is a junior doctor who has moved out to be closer to the practice he has been assigned to. So we're now open on move-in date in April/May.

Landlord:
The property is managed through London Move so we never have to worry about unannounced visits or anything else weird going on. I've lived at the address since 2021 and the rent hasn't risen by much and it remains a real rarity for two people to have this much space.

Please note:
You will need to complete a credit check through the property agency London Move and pay a deposit of £1050.

The credit check will ask for proof of being a full time professional on minimum £31.5k (before tax and pension). If you are self-employed then you will be assessed on the most recent tax years returns and you will need to have earned a taxable income in excess of £37.8k verified by either an accountant or your SA302 tax calculations/returns.

Totally get it that a credit check is daunting. If you're worried, I'm happy to discuss with London move the typical alternative solutions such as:
