Your room has a double bed with storage under, large fitted wardrobe, a bedside drawer unit and wide drawer unit.

The house is to share with other female and male house-sharers, in their 20's to 30's. The bills are chargeable as a single monthly budget amount covering all utilities (gas, electricity and water); council tax; broadband, tv license etc.

The room is clean and tidy and in a quiet household. All bill charges are shared and paid equally by each tenant. So you will only pay your share of the total of the bills we have paid.

There is an allocated parking space available for an additional monthly charge.
