I'm moving out of my room and flexible on the moving date with some planning!

Rent and bills £849 per month

We're two young(ish) professionals, living together as friends. We have a third room we want to rent out to someone who wants to be part of a very mini community. David is a fantastic, Northern lad with lots of gay sparkle to share. I have 420 reasons why he's great. Elizabeth- is a therapist and I've been claimed to be a social butterfly. We also have Pixie Peanut and Luna, our little dos. We're pretty easy going and want someone who can have a laugh with us and be up for fun when they're free! We respect each others space and try to keep the house clean. The building is a big old converted warehouse behind the Odeon on Holloway Road, there's a showerroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs, where all the bedrooms live- sadly if you are not comfortable/ unable to use stairs - we might not be right for you! There is a car park but you'd need to apply for a permit - we're not sure how much they are. There's heaps of pubs, shops, restaurants close by and we're about 15 minutes walk from Holloway Road station. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a small bedside drawers. It lacks a window though as it's one of our internal rooms.
