Short Term Let! Single Room in Highbury

I am moving out of my room at the beginning of April and need someone to take over my contract beginning May 15th. If anyone wants to move in as early as May 9th, then the room is yours at not extra cost.

The duration is 4 months, and the move out date is 14th September.

You will be living with three friendly girls who are all students at either King's College London or University College London.

Viewing available on request, and I can also provide more pictures.

7 minute walk to Highbury & Islington Tube Station, 2 minutes from nearest bus station, and close proximity to both Caledonian Road tube station and Holloway Road Tube station.

Room comes with a wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf and bed, with mattress and some bedding. As well as a desk lamp. We have just been given a new microwave, and also have usual kitchen amenities as well as 1 shower tub and 1 bathroom.

Bills not included, and neither is council tax, if applicable.

Price open to negotiation; I want this gone ASAP as I am leaving the country in two months time.
