It is very safe, they have 24-hour guard and reception, and coming into the building would use their special card. 24-hours hot water and internet. This building was built in several years, so all the facilities are very new.

It's an ensuite with an individual washroom containing a toilet and shower. You would share the kitchen with 4 nice roommates. They are very nice and we have an agreement to take turns taking the garbage. 

I will transfer the contrast through the reception. This means you do not need to give me the money, you rent this room from the Chapter company, not me. More information is on their website. Just google chapter highbury ii, the current price of this room is 400£ per week.
