Hi everyone, I am about to sign a modern 2-bedroom 2 bathroom flat just a 2min walk from Holloway Road tube station. The tenancy starts on 20/12/2025 but due to a last minute dropout, I’d need someone to take the en-suite bedroom — it comes with a built-in wardrobe and your own bathroom.
The flat is over 800 sq ft with a spacious open kitchen, a dishwasher, etc. You can make use of the residents gym, there’s also 24/7 concierge. Bills come to about £180 per person.

I have a 3min video of the flat, unfortunately there wouldn’t be time to arrange another viewing but I can do my best to tell you about the flat and the area.

A bit about myself -
I am 31 and work in film distribution, I lead a semi busy life and wfh 2 times a week. when I’m home you’ll find me in the kitchen doing some cooking, I’m also into sourdough baking. I hit the squash court regularly about twice a week, so I’d welcome anyone who wants to go into the sport haha! As a foodie I love going to restaurants and trying new spots. As a flatmate, I enjoy having a laugh with my flatmates and am always up for a chat but also love spending some alone time in my room. I value cleanliness a lot, i’d expect that we both keep the communal areas tidy and clutter free.
