Bright Room Available in Spacious Holloway Flat

Hi!
I'm looking for a friendly flatmate for this furnished room with a huge window and tons of natural light in Holloway! The flat is furnished and the bedroom comes with a bed, a desk and a closet. There is an in-unit washer/dryer.

The shared space is cozy, spacious and includes a TV and a large kitchen. All the appliances are new, including the heaters, the oven and the fridge.

The flat is less than a 5 minutes walk from many bus stops, around 10 minutes from Holloway Road station and Finsbury stations. There is a direct and short commute to central and it is nearby north London's parks and woods!
There are lots of cafes, restraurants and food markets. Morrisons, Waitrose and Lidl are less than two minutes from the flat !

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I've been living here for 6 months now and I'm looking for a woman to replace my great flatmate who is leaving London! The room is available from the 24th of February onward, with some flexibility.

I'm a chill flatmate, I love discovering London, going to see musicals and theatre, playing the flute in an orchestra, and staying inside for quiet nights-in. I am quite busy working as a research assistant but I would love to get to know you! I also love cooking vegetarian food and discovering new cuisines.

I cannot accept cats because I'm allergic unfortunately.

Bills and council tax are around £130 per month.
