Looking for a flatmate – Holloway Road 1st April

I’m looking for a lovely person to move in with me from 1st April in this 2-bed flat near Holloway Road, as my current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend.

💷 Rent: £1000 per month
💡 Bills: All included except WiFi (£14.50 each)

The contract is until November then will renew for a year. It's all through a private landlord. He is very responsive and fixes issues quickly.

The flat is on a super quiet street in a gated cul-de-sac so it is very peaceful and quiet overall.

15 min walk to Holloway Road & Caledonian Road stations
15 min to Upper Holloway
20 min to Finsbury Park, Archway or Tufnell Park

5 min walk to a Big Morrisons, Lidl & Waitrose.

I’m looking for a lovely, easygoing and clean flatmate who enjoys a relaxed home environment. It’d be great to find someone who’s up for the occasional chat, movie night or pub trip, but who also has their own thing going on. The flat has a calm, friendly vibe and I’d love to keep it that way with someone like-minded.

✨ A bit about me:
I’m 30 and work as an assistant editor making adverts. I’m in the office 5 days a week. I like going to the gym before work and I’m currently training for a half marathon. I also enjoy gigs and festivals, films and cinema trips, walks, pub trips, and catching up with friends — but I’m equally happy with a quiet night in.
