I’m moving out of a lovely 4 bed house and looking for someone to takeover the tenancy.
I live with 3 girls who work in design, film & TV and hospitality, plus Noodle the dog (pictured).
The room is a spacious & bright room on the top floor overlooking the garden. We have a shared living room, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen and a patio garden with furniture and a BBQ :)
Finsbury Park, Holloway Road, and Archway stations are all a 15 minute walk away. Highbury & Islington station is a 10 minute bus or 30 minute walk away. It’s just off Holloway Road and has loads of buzzing amenities in the area - cinema, cafes, restaurants and a great local pub 30 seconds from our house.
Move in 6th April but can be a little earlier if needed :)
