Unite Students Holloway Road - Double Ensuite Room

I’ve just landed a placement out of London, so I'm looking for a fellow student to take over my room at Stapleton House (Unite Students). I'm hoping to get this sorted fairly soon, so I'm doing viewings (either in-person or on FaceTime).

🛏️ The Room & Flatmates
It’s a comfy double room with your own private en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, mirrored cabinet). It comes fully furnished with a solid desk setup, wardrobe, and loads of under-bed storage.

You’ll be sharing the massive communal kitchen and living area with 6 other students. They’re a really chill, friendly, and clean bunch, so the vibe in the flat is spot on. The kitchen is fully kitted out with an oven, hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, sofas, and all the shared cleaning gear you'd need (hoover, mop, etc.).

🏢 The Building & Contract
This is an official tenancy takeover through Unite Students, so all the paperwork is totally secure and handled directly by the building management.

Rent includes absolutely ALL bills (super-fast Wi-Fi, heating, water, and contents insurance). The building has everything: 24/7 security and reception, on-site laundry, secure bike storage, quiet study rooms, and a massive social area with pool tables, ping pong, table football, and a courtyard.

📍 Location & Perks
The location is honestly 10/10:

Transport: 1-minute walk to Holloway Road Tube (Piccadilly Line) and a 2-minute walk to the Emirates Stadium. It's a super fast commute to UCL, KCL, and Westminster, and literally across the street from London Met.
Shops: Aldi and Nando’s are attached directly to the building, plus you've got a huge Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and loads of trendy local cafes and shops just a few minutes' walk down the road.
📲 How to secure it
Since it's standard student halls, the room is exactly as advertised, but I’ve got loads of personal photos and a video walkthrough of the actual flat that I can WhatsApp you straight away.
