As I will leave London during the summer vacation from June to September, I am looking for a classmate to take over the remaining lease period. Our apartment is in an excellent location, with a subway station (Piccadilly Line) right downstairs. It takes only three stops to reach UCL, and a few more stops to get to the city center (Oxford Street, Regent Street, etc.). It's very convenient to go anywhere. The public areas of the apartment are very nice: the lobby is grand, with a pool table and many public seats for residents to socialize or study and rest. There are also many Chinese people in the apartment, so you won't feel strange at all!

【Room Type】: Large studio on the 7th floor (Block B, the building closest to the entrance, very convenient to enter and exit!). The room is really big, with an area of 22.5 square meters!
【Lease Period】: June 12, 2026 - September 12, 2026
【Price】: Original price is £434 per week, now £350 per week (negotiable, I'm really looking for someone to take over, so everything is up for discussion). You can view the apartment through the official channel or privately, whichever is more convenient for you!
【Facilities】: The room is fully furnished with appliances, including a microwave, oven, induction cooker, kettle, refrigerator (with both a cold and a freezer compartment), two desks, a toaster, etc. The apartment also has many facilities, such as a large free study room (with a paid printer), a common lounge, a laundry room (with many machines), a ping-pong table, a smoking area, a pool table, and a cinema room on the first floor.
