Lovely plant-based flat on Holloway Road

Looking for a plant-based person to join me a lovely bright flat on Holloway Road in Islington. It’s in a great spot, a few minutes’ walk from the station and well placed for getting across London quickly or to the cafes and Highbury fields in Islington.

I work for a charity from home and value a home that feels like a community, not just a shared space. I work from the living room table most days.

Move-in Date: Ideally the week of 18th May but flexible.
The Room: Spacious with room for a desk. The furniture is available to buy from the departing flatmate if you need it.
Rent: is £953 per month and bills approx £120 each (Includes Council Tax, energy, water, and broadband).

I’m an averagely clean person, keep the space tidy enough but am relaxed about it. I’m single, considerate, and sociable. I have friends over a couple of times a week and host a culture club once a month. We also throw the occasional party a few times a year, so a fellow people person would be a great fit!

Culture & Arts: I’m big on history, politics, and literature.
Food: I’m looking for a vegan to keep the kitchen plant-based. I cook regularly and would love to share a meal occasionally.
Fitness: Into tennis, yoga and going to the gym
