Cosy room between Archway and Finsbury Park

We're Roberto (Italian) and Georgiana (Romanian). Our flatmate is leaving us and we'd like to rent one room in our beautiful house.

The house has 3 floors and a good sized garden. The available room is a double room on the 1st floor and comes with a double bed, as well as a wardrobe and some shelves. You would be sharing the bathroom with Roberto, whose room is also on the 1st floor.

The house itself is cozy, fully furnished and has everything we need: a large living room with a new sofa, dining table, huge windows, a fully refurbished kitchen with dish washer, washing machine and every kitchen tool one could imagine.

We're in a quiet residential area, only a short walk away from the hustle & bustle of the city, depending on whether you fancy a lively Friday night or a quiet Sunday morning.

When we're not working we enjoy chatting with good food, wine and a nice film. From time to time, we throw a big cosmopolitan barbecue party, when all our friends invite all their friends and we all get together.

The house is a 12 minute walk from Finsbury Park and Archway tubes and is walking distance to some great pubs and restaurants in Crouch End and Highgate as well.

The bills are about £120 per month and include internet, electricity, water, council tax, 3h cleaning every week.

The room becomes available on March 8th but the move-in dates are flexible.
