The room has plenty of natural light, it is fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, shoe rack and 2 build-in double wardrobes promising loads of storage space.
The flat got central heating, fully fitted carpets, double glazed windows, kitchen with washer dryer and dining table, bathroom and toilet - unfortunately there is no living room. Bills are around £70pm paid monthly.
The flat located close to local amenities and in walking distance from Upper Holloway overground and Finsbury Park underground stations, also bus 91 stops just outside our door taking you to West End.
We are a couple and a single full time working professionals that like to treat the house as home and keep it clean, tidy and mainly quiet as we all working long hours and prefer to keep our social life outside the house.
We are looking for a like-minded individual that is after a relaxed, quiet and clean place.
We are social with each other but we respect and value personal space and time as much.
Due to the cosy size of the house overnight guests are subject to communication.
Unfortunately the flat would not be suitable for someone that got allergies or dislike pets as in one of the bedrooms live a pug and a cat.
