Two double bedrooms, one large with ensuite and one other good-sized double bedroom available in a great flat close to all major amenities on Holloway Road. You will be sharing with Dermot, a 30-year-old professional who works in marketing and is looking for like-minded people who want to live in a clean and respectful flat.

The ensuite room is available now and the other double from the 25th.

The flat has excellent access to central London via numerous bus routes as well as via the tube (nearest stations Holloway Road, Archway, Finsbury Park) and the overground (Upper Holloway Station). It is within a 5-10 minute walk to a large Morrison's and large Waitrose, both located on Holloway Road. There is a local Sainsbury's opposite the flat itself as well as a Pure Gym (both of which are within a 2 minute walk).

The larger bedroom has French windows and its own ensuite bathroom (with toilet, sink and powerful shower). The tenant in the other bedroom will share a bathroom with one other person.

Both bedrooms are fully furnished with double bed, sofa, wardrobe space and chest of drawers.

During the winter, the flat is lovely and warm, being well-insulated and with flats above and below. The flat itself is very secure, it is located within a gated courtyard. Both the gate as well as access to the flat building require a digit entry code. A parking space is also available if you drive.

Our kitchen has recently been updated in April with a brand new fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster. The oven is also relatively new having been replaced last year.

Bills are roughly £70-80 per month.
