The room comes furnished with a bed and a large four door wardrobe.
The flat itself consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a shared open plan kitchen and living area. It comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is also a backyard which is great in summer.

It is located right next door to Eat17 supermarket and The Castle Cinema. Further along Chatsworth Road you have a selection of restaurants, cafes and a Co-Op, along with some great pubs in the area. Chatsworth Road also has a street food market every Sunday.

There are good transport connections with Homerton Overground only an 8 minute walk and numerous buses stopping at the hospital only 2 minutes away.

All bills are included in the price. The breakdown is £625 for rent, council tax, utilities and a weekly cleaner and a further £35 for Sky TV and broadband. It's through a private landlord, so no agency fees either.

You will be living with 3 other guys in their late 20s and early 30s who are all working professionals. It's a very friendly and sociable household, where we'll often go for a drink together or hang out in the living room. That said, we also appreciate our own space and downtime, so it's a pretty good balance.

Move in date is January 12th. Unfortunately, this can't be brought forward but could potentially be pushed back a few days.
