The person moving in will have sole use of a small set of rooms and a private balcony.
The rooms (sitting room / tiny bedroom with double bed / bathroom with bath / kitchenette with washing machine, fridge and electric cooking facilities / large balcony with a good view of the city) occupy half of a larger flat in Hackney. Shared front door and fire escape but otherwise a private space. All bills included (council tax, gas, water, electricity and wi-fi). The wi-fi works on the balcony.
The natural light in the sitting room is excellent and so is ideal for somebody who does visual work or needs to work from home. The whole apartment is well-presented and we are looking for somebody who will continue to look after it. The accommodation is ideal for somebody seeking personal space on a budget.
We are a couple (zoologist/artist) living upstairs in a separate set of rooms. We speak Mandarin and English. We are happy to consider potential tenants with pets. The flat is not suitable for somebody who wishes to smoke or use illegal substances.
