Hey guys!

I am looking for someone to take over my room for the end of the year from 18th of December until 1st of January

Cosy and bright room with balcony for female only and no couples

The house is on two floor, the room is downstairs with the kitchen- a lot of natural light, storage and house fully equipped. Your room even got a nice balcony where you can have a coffee in the morning or read during the day. Upstairs toilet, bathroom and drying room for clothes.

The flat is in Homerton (E95rx) very well located, next to a huge park and between hackney wick and hackney central. Get to Stratford in 2overground stops, London field in 15 mn and Shoreditch in 25mn by bus ! Various bus stop at 3mn walk down the road and station about 10mn walk

There are so many restaurants, bars,
cinemas, markets and stuff going on around here, you will find things to do in walking distance 🙂

You will be sharing the house with two French, girls living upstairs, theyI spend a lot of time doing their things so you will have plenty of privacy- they are always keen to share a glass of wine s well so they will get you sorted if you need anything during your stay !

The room is 200£ per week so 400£ for the full stay, no deposit needed
