We have a double room available in our homely flat in Homerton, sharing with 3 female friends all in our early 20s. The flat is conveniently located, a 5 minute walk to the overground, 10 minute walk to Hackney Central, and a Co-op directly opposite. The room is fully furnished with inbuilt storage cupboards. The rent is £640pm, bills included, move in date 26th October. The flat is very light and airy during the day but has a cosy atmosphere in the evenings.

We are clean and considerate housemates, all work Monday to Friday (in the fashion, food and beauty industries). We moved in a couple of months ago and are working on making it a lovely cosy home. We are looking for a flatmate who will fit in well and enjoy living here with us. All of us socialise in the evenings and weekends and often have friends over.
