Very cute large double bedroom with an ensuite in a maisonette with garden. The house has a lot of space for 2 bedrooms! There's a separate living room, dining/kitchen area and 2 bathrooms (1 being an ensuite.)

The bedroom comes with a bed, white chest of drawers and rail for clothing. The room can be unfurnished if you prefer as well. It backs onto the garden and has a private bathroom (ensuite).

It's a great location just 2 mins walk from Homerton overground station which can get you pretty much anywhere. You can be in central London in 30 mins!!

Sadly I am leaving to return back to Australia. I've lived in the house for a year with Beth (who is staying!), She is British and works in digital communications and brand manager for a streetwear brand. She is amazing to live with and we have been housemates and friends for the last 2 years!

The room will be available from December 19th. We're having viewing this weekend and evenings next week.

Bills are excluded and come to a total of £139 per/person for single. This includes council tax, water, gas/electric and council tax. Deposit fr the room is £1,315.
