Large bright bedroom overlooking Victoria Park

My boyfriend and I are currently looking for a replacement for a large double bedroom in a two bedroom flat overlooking Victoria Park.

The room is bright and spacious, and gives access to a balcony with a view on the park. The room comes equipped with a mattress, two tables, chairs, a sofa, as well as lots of storage room (1 cupboard, 1 wardrobe, and a bookshelf, as shown in the pictures).

The flat is spacious and well-organized. It comprises a living room, bathroom and lavatory, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Amenities include a washing machine, fridge and microwave.

You will be living with our current flatmate, who has already been here a couple of years and knows the area. He is quite discreet, and is often at work during nights, meaning that you would regularly have the flat to yourself.

Now let's talk about the neighborhood. The flat is in a residential area, meaning that you would get to enjoy a calm and relaxing neighborhood. Restaurants, bars and grocery shops (including Tesco and Liddl) are at most a 10-minute walk away. The flat is an 8-minute walk from Homerton station, and is easily accessible by bus.

A last note to take into account: the flat is a 2-minute walking distance from the People's Tavern, an amazing pub that has become our HQ during the past months.

Bills are not included in the rent. Couples are welcome. Our replacement will have to go through reference checks required by the agency.
