Lovely sunny room in chilled Homerton flat share

Hello! We have one double bedroom to rent in our lovely 4 bed place, available end of November.

The flat is split level, above a shop. On one floor there is the kitchen/ living room area and then another separate living room space. We have two bathrooms (one with a shower/ bath, the second with just a shower). There is even a roof terrace (of sorts) which was really helpful during lockdown! One of the bedrooms is on this floor and the rest are up another flight of stairs - including the one which is up for grabs!

The room is quite a big size and south facing, so you get lots of beautiful light throughout the day (great for plants!).

The flat is about 5 minutes walk to Homerton Overground station and there is also a bus stop right outside our door.

The flatmates are three nice guys, all working in various creative industries. Everyone very much has their own schedules and social lives; but always has time to stop and have chat around the house. It is a really nice and chilled home to live in, so important to find someone who respects that too.

Homerton really is gem to live in. The flat is super close to Chatsworth Road filled with lots of fab shops and cafes, and a market on Sundays. There are some great pubs in the area and also close to the canal, the Hackney Marshes, Millfields Park and Victoria Park.

The rent doesn't include bills. but are roughly £70 a month in winter, less in summer. The deposit is one month's rent and there is a change of tenancy fee of £50.
