Hey there,

We have a lovely room available in our house with large garden, situated only 2 minutes walk from Homerton overground station.
The rent is £430/month + around £60-70 bills (incl. fibre broadband). The room comes with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The landlord is relaxed about decorating, painting and drilling into the walls, etc., if you wanted to put your own stamp on it ;)

There is a lot of storage space throughout the house you are welcome to use as well.

We have a big kitchen, a large living/dining room and an amazing leafy garden. There's plenty of room in the living room and in the kitchen if you're working from home. We have one bathroom with a toilet, and a separate toilet too.
We like to keep the place tidy.

Extra plus: secure and covered bike shed so you don't have to keep your bike in your room!

We are 3 friendly professionals, currently working from home, and a cat. We enjoy cooking, sharing a bottle of wine, watching a movie - we’re not a party house but of course do enjoy the occasional socials.

I'm a graphic designer/illustrator working in mental health and playing in a band, Hania works in eCommerce for a local company and Vasiliki is a social worker and puppeteer.

We consider this place our home and are ideally looking for someone longterm.
